Meypack CleanDesign® Construction Principle
The extensive CleanDesign® concept from Meypack is aimed at consistently meeting the needs and demands of the food and beverage industries.
According to this principle, Meypack’s packaging machines are designed in such a way that they are very easy to clean. In addition, they are open and accessible and thus easy to change over and operator friendly. CleanDesign® is the fi rst concept used as a frame work for planning and applying a hygien ic concept to all existing packaging machines. The principle is clear and simple: surfaces, screws and machine components have been drastically minimised. The remaining surfaces have been rounded and sloped. The result: Dirt has hardly any place to collect and the cleaning process, be it wet or dry, is incredibly easy and efficient.
